How do I get started?

Do you work with new FBA sellers?
Absolutely! ProPack FBA loves working with new sellers. We understand the process can feel overwhelming at first — we'll walk you through exactly what we need from you, guide you step by step, and make sure your first shipment arrives at the fulfillment center correctly. That's exactly why we offer your first 150 units completely FREE — so you can experience our quality with zero risk!
Do you provide a W-9?
Yes! ProPack FBA Services LLC is happy to provide a W-9 upon request. Simply email us at propackfba@gmail.com and we will send it over promptly. We understand that many sellers require this for their business records before working with a new vendor.
What is your minimum and maximum order size?
Unlike large warehouse operations, ProPack FBA is owner-operated — meaning your inventory is handled with personal care and attention every single time. No minimums required — send us any quantity from a small test batch all the way up to 2,500 units. For orders over 2,000 units please contact us in advance so we can schedule your order and guarantee your turnaround time. Need something custom? Contact us to discuss availability!
How long does prep take?
Our turnaround time depends on order size: 📦 Under 1,000 units — 24 to 48 hours 📦 1,000 to 2,000 units — 2 to 3 business days 📦 2,000+ units — 3 to 5 business days. All turnaround times begin once your inventory is received and all prep instructions are confirmed. Rush processing is available for time-sensitive inventory — contact us for availability!
Will I be notified when my inventory arrives and ships?
Absolutely! At ProPack FBA we keep you informed every step of the way. You will receive a notification when we receive your inventory, when prep is complete, and when your shipment has been shipped via UPS/FedEx. You are never left wondering about the status of your inventory — complete transparency is our standard.
How do I know my products are safe with you?
Your trust means everything to us. Our prep facility is equipped with security cameras that record throughout every session. Every shipment is photo documented from the moment it arrives to the moment it ships out. We are a fully insured, registered LLC — and we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement at your request. Your product information and all business details are kept in the strictest confidence.
What happens if you receive a damaged item from my supplier?
If we identify any damage upon receiving your inventory, we immediately photograph the affected items and notify you with a full report before touching anything. We never prep or ship damaged goods without your explicit approval. You'll always know the exact condition of your inventory — no surprises.
Do you handle shipping to the fulfillment center?
ProPack FBA handles all prep, packing, and carrier shipping arrangements. Shipping labels are generated by you through your Seller Central account and emailed to us. We print, apply all labels, and handle all carrier drop off and pickup arrangements for your shipment!
Who pays for shipping to the fulfillment center?
Shipping costs to the fulfillment center are the seller's responsibility. You purchase your shipping labels through Seller Central and send them to us. ProPack's flat rate covers prep services only — not carrier shipping fees.
Who pays for shipping inventory TO ProPack?
Shipping your inventory to our facility is the seller's responsibility. You arrange and pay for shipment to our Vancouver, WA location. Once received, we confirm receipt and begin prepping immediately.
Who creates the shipping plan in Seller Central?
You (the seller) are responsible for creating your shipping plan in Seller Central. Once your inventory is prepped and packed, we will send you a completed packing slip with all box details — dimensions, weights, and unit counts — so you can enter everything accurately into Seller Central.
Do you accept clients from outside Washington state?
Absolutely! ProPack FBA accepts clients nationwide. Sellers simply ship their inventory to our Vancouver, WA facility from anywhere in the country. Our location near Portland metro fulfillment centers means faster transit times for your prepped inventory.
What products do you accept?
ProPack FBA accepts a wide range of standard FBA products including clothing & apparel, toys, books, beauty & personal care, supplements, sealed liquid products (toners, lotions, cleansers, oils), pet supplies, home goods, sports equipment, and grocery/dry goods. We do not currently accept: Hazmat or dangerous goods, unsealed or open liquids, glass items, perishables requiring refrigeration, electronics, oversized items over 50 lbs per unit, adult products, or firearms.
